Tuna and Cheese Pie Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 oz. Tuna
- 1 oz. Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 1/3 cups Low fat cottage cheese
- 2 tbl. All-purpose flour
- 1 tbl. Onion flakes
- 1 tsp. Worchestershire suace
- 1 tsp. Chicken bouillon
- 1 tsp. Baking powder
- 3 Eggs (beaten)
Method
- Take a well greased pie pan and arrange the flaked tuna inside.
- Put the parmesan cheese, cottage cheese, onions, flour, eggs, chicken bouillon, Worchestershire sauce and eggs in a blender.
- Whisk the ingredients until smooth.
- Pour out over the tuna, covering it evenly.
- Top with a generous sprinkling of grated parmesan cheese.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 350°F for 30 minutes.
