Tuna and Cheese Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Tuna
  • 1 oz. Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 1/3 cups Low fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tbl. All-purpose flour
  • 1 tbl. Onion flakes
  • 1 tsp. Worchestershire suace
  • 1 tsp. Chicken bouillon
  • 1 tsp. Baking powder
  • 3 Eggs (beaten)

Method

  1. Take a well greased pie pan and arrange the flaked tuna inside.
  2. Put the parmesan cheese, cottage cheese, onions, flour, eggs, chicken bouillon, Worchestershire sauce and eggs in a blender.
  3. Whisk the ingredients until smooth.
  4. Pour out over the tuna, covering it evenly.
  5. Top with a generous sprinkling of grated parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake in an oven preheated to 350°F for 30 minutes.
