Rice and Tuna Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 9 oz. Tuna
  • 2 cups Rice
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup swiss cheese (grated)
  • 2 tbl. Butter
  • 2 tbl. Onions (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp. Marjoram
  • 4 Eggs (beaten)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Pimientos

Method

  1. Combine the onion, butter, marjoram, rice and eggs in a mixing bowl.
  2. Use half of the mixture to line the base and sides of a pie dish.
  3. Spread out the tuna inside.
  4. Then cover the top with a layer of the mixture.
  5. Bake the shrimp in an oven preheated to 350°F for about 50 minutes.
  6. Lift out and garnish with pimientos.
