Rice and Tuna Pie Recipe
Ingredients
- 9 oz. Tuna
- 2 cups Rice
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup swiss cheese (grated)
- 2 tbl. Butter
- 2 tbl. Onions (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. Marjoram
- 4 Eggs (beaten)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Pimientos
Method
- Combine the onion, butter, marjoram, rice and eggs in a mixing bowl.
- Use half of the mixture to line the base and sides of a pie dish.
- Spread out the tuna inside.
- Then cover the top with a layer of the mixture.
- Bake the shrimp in an oven preheated to 350°F for about 50 minutes.
- Lift out and garnish with pimientos.
