Pan Seared Tuna Appetizer Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 oz. Tuna
- 2 oz. Baby lettuce leaves
- 1/2 cup Seasoned salt
- 1/3 cup Dried red peppers (crushed)
- 3 tbl. Garlic granules
- 1 tbl. Cumin
- 1 tbl. Onion powder
- 1 tbl. Celery salt
- 1 tsp. Cumin
- 3/4 tsp. Bistec seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. Black pepper
- Lemon wedges
- Canola oil
- Mustard
- Honey lime dressing
Method
- Blend the bistec seasoning in a food processor until smooth.
- Then blend the rest of the ingredients together in a food processor until smooth.
- Heat a skillet with the oil and saut&eacuute; the tuna until brown on each side.
- Lift off the heat, refridgerate and then cut into chunks.
- Place the mixed ingredients in the middle of a serving plate.
- Place the seared tuna chunks beside.
- Drizzle with mustard and garnish with lemon wedges.
- Drizzle a design of honey lime dressing to decorate the plate.
