Spanish Corn Flour Tortillas Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups Corn flour
- 1 1/4 cups Water (hot)
Method
- Combine the water and corn flour together in a mixing bowl.
- Knead the mixture well until it forms a soft elastic dough.
- Form around 10 small balls from the dough and flatten them with a rolling pin.
- Meanwhile heat a large pan over a steady heat.
- Flip the tortillas until they are cooked on either side.
