Spanish Corn Flour Tortillas Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Corn flour
  • 1 1/4 cups Water (hot)

Method

  1. Combine the water and corn flour together in a mixing bowl.
  2. Knead the mixture well until it forms a soft elastic dough.
  3. Form around 10 small balls from the dough and flatten them with a rolling pin.
  4. Meanwhile heat a large pan over a steady heat.
  5. Flip the tortillas until they are cooked on either side.
