Corn Tortilla with Flower Petals Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Masa flour
- 4 tsp. Salt
- Water (cold)
- Edible flower petals
Method
- Take a mixing bowl and combine the flour and salt.
- Then pour in the water gradually while stirring gently.
- Knead the mixture into a soft elastic dough.
- Create equal sized balls of dough, which you then flatten with a rolling pin.
- Sprinkle the tops of the tortillas with your flower petals and roll them into place.
- Heat a griddle and cook the tortillas on both sides, flipping them every minute or so.
