Super Tasty Calamari Salad Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 lb. Squid (cleaned / sliced)
- 2 1/2 oz. Black olives (pitted)
- 6 Garlic cloves (crushed)
- 4 Celery stalks (chopped)
- 2 Lemons (juiced)
- 1 sprig Parsley (chopped)
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- Mix the garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Cook the squid in water in a saucepan for 3 minutes.
- Drain the squid.
- Add the celery and squid to the mixing bowl.
- Toss the ingredients together.
- Serve immediately, or chill and refridgerate until ready to serve.
