Super Tasty Calamari Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 lb. Squid (cleaned / sliced)
  • 2 1/2 oz. Black olives (pitted)
  • 6 Garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 4 Celery stalks (chopped)
  • 2 Lemons (juiced)
  • 1 sprig Parsley (chopped)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

  1. Mix the garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Cook the squid in water in a saucepan for 3 minutes.
  3. Drain the squid.
  4. Add the celery and squid to the mixing bowl.
  5. Toss the ingredients together.
  6. Serve immediately, or chill and refridgerate until ready to serve.
