Grilled Shrimp with a Truffle Oil Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients

  • 16 Shrimp (peeled / deveined)
  • 1/2 cup White truffle oil
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice
  • 3 tbl. Olive oil
  • 2 tbl. Parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tbl. Sweet onion (chopped)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

  1. Take a small mixing bowl and mix the lemon juice, white truffle oil, parsley and onion.
  2. While stirring, season to taste.
  3. Heat your barbecue grill, making sure that it is smoking a little.
  4. Rub the shrimp in salt and pepper.
  5. Drop onto the grill and barbecue until seared brown.
  6. Lift onto a serving plate and drizzle with the white truffle vinaigrette.
