Grilled Shrimp with a Truffle Oil Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients
- 16 Shrimp (peeled / deveined)
- 1/2 cup White truffle oil
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 3 tbl. Olive oil
- 2 tbl. Parsley (chopped)
- 2 tbl. Sweet onion (chopped)
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- Take a small mixing bowl and mix the lemon juice, white truffle oil, parsley and onion.
- While stirring, season to taste.
- Heat your barbecue grill, making sure that it is smoking a little.
- Rub the shrimp in salt and pepper.
- Drop onto the grill and barbecue until seared brown.
- Lift onto a serving plate and drizzle with the white truffle vinaigrette.
