Barbecued (BBQ) Thai Style Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Shrimp (peeled / deveined)
  • 3 tbl. Lemon juice
  • 1 tbl. Brown sugar
  • 1 tbl. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbl. Soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. Curry paste
  • 2 Garlic cloves (crushed)

Method

  1. Combine the soy sauce, lemon juice, crushed garlic, Dijon mustard, curry paste and brown sugar in a mixing bowl.
  2. Then stir in the shrimp, covering them well in the sauce.
  3. Cover the bowl and refridgerate for an hour.
  4. Heat a grill and brush lightly with some oil.
  5. Skewer the shrimp.
  6. Drop onto the grill and cook for about 5 minutes.
  7. Turn the shrimp over and baste with some of the marinade.
  8. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve!
