Barbecued (BBQ) Thai Style Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Shrimp (peeled / deveined)
- 3 tbl. Lemon juice
- 1 tbl. Brown sugar
- 1 tbl. Dijon mustard
- 1 tbl. Soy sauce
- 2 tsp. Curry paste
- 2 Garlic cloves (crushed)
Method
- Combine the soy sauce, lemon juice, crushed garlic, Dijon mustard, curry paste and brown sugar in a mixing bowl.
- Then stir in the shrimp, covering them well in the sauce.
- Cover the bowl and refridgerate for an hour.
- Heat a grill and brush lightly with some oil.
- Skewer the shrimp.
- Drop onto the grill and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Turn the shrimp over and baste with some of the marinade.
- Garnish with lemon wedges and serve!
