Yummy Shrimp Fritters Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Shrimp
  • 1 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 tbl. Parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tbl. Onion (cooked)
  • 2 tbl. Green pepper (chopped)
  • 1 tbl. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
  • 3/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. White pepper (ground)
  • 1/4 tsp. Paprika
  • 2 Egg whites
  • 2 Egg yolks

Method

  1. Beat the egg yolks in a mixng bowl until light and fluffy.
  2. While stirring slowly, add the flour, milk, baking powder, white pepper, salt and paprika.
  3. Then fold in the onions, worchestershire sauce, milk, mustard, bread crumbs, peppers, egg whites and shrimp.
  4. Cover and refridgerate for about 30 minutes.
  5. Roll into small balls.
  6. Deep fry the shrimp balls in oil preheated to 375°F.
