Yummy Shrimp Fritters Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Shrimp
- 1 1/2 cup Flour
- 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 tbl. Parsley (chopped)
- 2 tbl. Onion (cooked)
- 2 tbl. Green pepper (chopped)
- 1 tbl. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
- 3/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. White pepper (ground)
- 1/4 tsp. Paprika
- 2 Egg whites
- 2 Egg yolks
Method
- Beat the egg yolks in a mixng bowl until light and fluffy.
- While stirring slowly, add the flour, milk, baking powder, white pepper, salt and paprika.
- Then fold in the onions, worchestershire sauce, milk, mustard, bread crumbs, peppers, egg whites and shrimp.
- Cover and refridgerate for about 30 minutes.
- Roll into small balls.
- Deep fry the shrimp balls in oil preheated to 375°F.
