Summer BBQ (Barbecue) Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients
- 5 lb. Shrimp (with shells)
- 2 lb. Butter
- 6 oz. Beer
- 1/2 cup Worchestershire sauce
- 4 tbl. Pasley (chopped)
- 2 tbl. Rosemary leaves (chopped)
- 4 tsp. Black pepper
- 4 tsp. Cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp. Lemon juice
- 7 Garlic cloves (crushed)
- 3 Celery sticks (chopped)
Method
- Melt a stick of butter in a hot skillet.
- Add the onions, parsley, celery, rosemary and seasoning then sauté for 3 minutes.
- Then pour in the beer, worchestershire sauce and lemon juice.
- Cover all the shrimp with melted butter.
- Bake the shrimp in an oven preheated to 350°F for about 15 - 20 minutes.
- Present in large bowls and dip in the garlic sauce.
