Summer BBQ (Barbecue) Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 lb. Shrimp (with shells)
  • 2 lb. Butter
  • 6 oz. Beer
  • 1/2 cup Worchestershire sauce
  • 4 tbl. Pasley (chopped)
  • 2 tbl. Rosemary leaves (chopped)
  • 4 tsp. Black pepper
  • 4 tsp. Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp. Lemon juice
  • 7 Garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 3 Celery sticks (chopped)

Method

  1. Melt a stick of butter in a hot skillet.
  2. Add the onions, parsley, celery, rosemary and seasoning then sauté for 3 minutes.
  3. Then pour in the beer, worchestershire sauce and lemon juice.
  4. Cover all the shrimp with melted butter.
  5. Bake the shrimp in an oven preheated to 350°F for about 15 - 20 minutes.
  6. Present in large bowls and dip in the garlic sauce.
