South Texas Barbecued Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Shrimp (uncooked)
- 9 Bacon slices
- 6 Chicken breasts
- 1 tbl. Teriyaki Sauce
Method
- Cut each of the chicken breasts into strips and flatten each strip.
- Place a shrimp at the end of each shrimp.
- Roll the shrimp inside the chicken and secure with a toothpick.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce into a bowl.
- Drop in all the rolls, cover and marinade overnight in the refridgerator.
- Cook on a hot grill for about 15 minutes.
