South Texas Barbecued Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Shrimp (uncooked)
  • 9 Bacon slices
  • 6 Chicken breasts
  • 1 tbl. Teriyaki Sauce

Method

  1. Cut each of the chicken breasts into strips and flatten each strip.
  2. Place a shrimp at the end of each shrimp.
  3. Roll the shrimp inside the chicken and secure with a toothpick.
  4. Pour the teriyaki sauce into a bowl.
  5. Drop in all the rolls, cover and marinade overnight in the refridgerator.
  6. Cook on a hot grill for about 15 minutes.
