Shrimp with Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Shrimp (cooked)
  • 1 1/2 cup Cream sauce
  • 1 tbl. Lemon juice
  • 1 tbl. Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. Mace
  • 1 Cauliflower (steamed)

Method

  1. Place the steamed cauliflower in a heated serving dish.
  2. In a separate mixing bowl, prepare the cream sauce.
  3. Pour the cream sauce and seasoning over the cauliflower.
  4. Add the shrimp to the cauliflower.
  5. Cover and cook through well.
  6. Garnish with some chopped parsley.
  7. Serve hot immediately.
