Shrimp Jambalaya Style with Wild Rice Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Shrimp
- 1 lb. Oysters
- 1 cup Wild rice
- 1 can Tomatoes
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 tbl. Basil (chopped)
- 1 tsp. Gumbo file
- 1 Bay leaf
- Seasoning
Method
- Butter a casserole dish and pour in 1 cup of cold water.
- Then add all the ingredients.
- Mix the ingredients so they spread out evenly.
- Cover the casserole.
- Cook in an oven preheated to 350°F for about 1 hour.
- Serve hot with a garnish of lemon slices.
