Shrimp Dijon Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Shrimp
- 2 cups Heavy cream
- 2 tbl. Dijon mustard
- 2 tbl. Unsalted butter
- 2 tbl. Parsley (chopped)
- 1 tbl. Brandy
- 1/2 tsp. Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg (grated)
Method
- Take a saucepan over a steay heat.
- Add the heavy cream, parsley, dijon mustard, lemon juice and grated nutmeg.
- Simmer the ingredients for about 5 minutes.
- Take a heavy skillet and melt the butter.
- Then add the shrimp and sauté the shrimp until pink.
- Stir the brandy into the sauce.
- Place the shrimp on the serving dish and pour over the sauce before serving.
