Shrimp Dijon Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Shrimp
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 2 tbl. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbl. Unsalted butter
  • 2 tbl. Parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tbl. Brandy
  • 1/2 tsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg (grated)

Method

  1. Take a saucepan over a steay heat.
  2. Add the heavy cream, parsley, dijon mustard, lemon juice and grated nutmeg.
  3. Simmer the ingredients for about 5 minutes.
  4. Take a heavy skillet and melt the butter.
  5. Then add the shrimp and sauté the shrimp until pink.
  6. Stir the brandy into the sauce.
  7. Place the shrimp on the serving dish and pour over the sauce before serving.
