Creole Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 lb. Shrimp
- 2 cups Onions (chopped)
- 2 cups Celery (chopped)
- 2 tbl. Worchestershire sauce
- 1 tbl. Hot sauce
- 2 cans Tomatoes
- 2 Garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1 can Tomato Paste
- 2 Bell peppers (chopped)
- 1 stick Oleo
Method
- Heat a saucepan over a steady heat.
- Add all the ingredients to the saucepan, except the shrimp.
- Stir them to mix well.
- Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and stir in.
- Simmer until the shrimp is cooked through and serve.
