Salmon Fettuccine Alfredo Recipe
Ingredients
- 16 oz. Salmon fillets
- 20 oz. fettuccine alfredo mix
- 2 tbl. Capers
- 1 tsp. Olive oil
- 3/4 tsp. Pepper
- 1 packet Shiitake mushrooms (sliced)
Method
- Sauté the mushrooms and capers in a skillet over a steady medium heat.
- Stir in the pepper and then remove from the heat.
- Follow the instructions on the packet of the fettuccine alfredo and cook.
- Add the pasta and mushroom mixture and cook for a further 5 minutes.
- Season the salmon to taste.
- Grill the salmon for 5 minutes per side.
- Place fettuccine mixture on the plates.
- Place salmon on top and serve.
