Salmon Fettuccine Alfredo Recipe

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Salmon fillets
  • 20 oz. fettuccine alfredo mix
  • 2 tbl. Capers
  • 1 tsp. Olive oil
  • 3/4 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 packet Shiitake mushrooms (sliced)

Method

  1. Sauté the mushrooms and capers in a skillet over a steady medium heat.
  2. Stir in the pepper and then remove from the heat.
  3. Follow the instructions on the packet of the fettuccine alfredo and cook.
  4. Add the pasta and mushroom mixture and cook for a further 5 minutes.
  5. Season the salmon to taste.
  6. Grill the salmon for 5 minutes per side.
  7. Place fettuccine mixture on the plates.
  8. Place salmon on top and serve.
