Marinaded Grilled Salmon Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 oz. Salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup Peanut oil
- 2 tbl. Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbl. Green onions (chopped)
- 2 tbl. Soy sauce
- 1 tbl. Brown sugar
- 1 tsp. Garlic (crushed)
- 1/2 tsp. Dried red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp. Sesame oil
- Seasoning
Method
- Take a mixing bowl and combine the soy sauce, peanut oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, green onions, ginger, sesame oil, red pepper and brown sugar.
- Put the salmon fillets into a bowl and cover with the mixture.
- Cover the bowl and refridgerate overnight to marinade.
- Cook the salmon on a grill for 5 minutes per side, marinading frequently.
- Season and serve immediately with fresh vegetables or a salad.
