Marinaded Grilled Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup Peanut oil
  • 2 tbl. Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbl. Green onions (chopped)
  • 2 tbl. Soy sauce
  • 1 tbl. Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. Garlic (crushed)
  • 1/2 tsp. Dried red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. Sesame oil
  • Seasoning

Method

  1. Take a mixing bowl and combine the soy sauce, peanut oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, green onions, ginger, sesame oil, red pepper and brown sugar.
  2. Put the salmon fillets into a bowl and cover with the mixture.
  3. Cover the bowl and refridgerate overnight to marinade.
  4. Cook the salmon on a grill for 5 minutes per side, marinading frequently.
  5. Season and serve immediately with fresh vegetables or a salad.
