Lemon Grilled Salmon Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. Salmon fillet
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- 3 tbl. Vegetable oil
- 3 tbl. Chicken broth
- 3 tbl. Soy sauce
- 2 tbl. Lemon juice
- 2 tsp. Dill
- 1 tsp. Lemon peel
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Ground pepper
- 2 Garlic cloves (crusged)
- 2 Onions (sliced)
- 1 Lemon (sliced)
Method
- Place the salmon in a bowl and sprinkle over the dill and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- In another mixing bowl, combine the vegetable oil, chicken broth, lemon juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic and lemon peel.
- Once well combined pour the mixture over the salmon.
- Cover the bowl and refridgerate overnight.
- Lift the salmon fillets onto a heated grill and cook for 5 minutes.
- Then lift off the grill and place the lemon slices on the other side.
- Place back onto the grill, lemon slices down and cook for a further 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately with a garnish of lemon.
