Lemon Baked Salmon Recipe
Ingredients
- 10 lb. Salmon
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1/2 tsp. Lemon-pepper
- 2 Lemons (sliced)
- 1 Onion (peeled / sliced)
Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°.
- Sprinkle the salmon cavity with lemon-pepper.
- Season the salmon to taste.
- Place the onions and lemons inside the salmon cavity also.
- Place the salmon on a sheet of aluminium.
- Drizzle the salmon with the melted butter.
- Place in the oven and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
- Serve hot with fresh vegetables.
