Lemon Baked Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

  • 10 lb. Salmon
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/2 tsp. Lemon-pepper
  • 2 Lemons (sliced)
  • 1 Onion (peeled / sliced)

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°.
  2. Sprinkle the salmon cavity with lemon-pepper.
  3. Season the salmon to taste.
  4. Place the onions and lemons inside the salmon cavity also.
  5. Place the salmon on a sheet of aluminium.
  6. Drizzle the salmon with the melted butter.
  7. Place in the oven and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
  8. Serve hot with fresh vegetables.
