Herb Marinated Broiled Salmon Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 oz. Salmon steaks
- 1/4 cup White wine
- 1/4 cup Fresh basil (chopped)
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 1 tbl. Dried summer savory
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Ground black pepper
- 1 Shallot (minced)
- 1 Lemon (juiced)
Method
- Take a small bowl and combine the olive oil, white wine, shallot, summer savory, salt, pepper and 1/2 the basil.
- Lay out the salmon steaks on a baking tray.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the salmon steaks.
- Cover and refridgerate overnight to marinade.
- Place the salmon steaks in a preheated broiler and cook for about 13 minutes.
- Garnish with lemon juice and the rest of the basil
- Serve hot with a side salad.
