Barbecued (BBQ) Salmon with Herb Mayonnaise Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 lb. Salmon fillets
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbl. Lime juice
- 1/4 tsp. Basil (chopped)
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
Method
- Wash out the salmon fillets well with water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Place the salmon fillets into a well greased baking dish.
- Combine the lime juice, mayonnaise, basil, salt and pepper until smooth.
- Spread the herb mixture over the top of the salmon fillets.
- Sprinkle them lightly with salt and pepper.
- Cover the dish with aluminium foil.
- Bake in an oven preheated at 350°F for about 7 minutes.
- Transfer the fillets to serving plates and garnish with lemon wedges before serving.
