Prawns with Rum and Lime Recipe
Ingredients
- 12 Tiger prawns (peeled / deveined)
- 3 tbl. Rum
- 2 1/2 tsp. Butter (melted)
- 1 tsp. Lime juice
Method
- Take a small mixing bowl and combine the rum and lime juice.
- Add the melted butter and prawns to a skillet over a medium heat.
- Cook the prawns until they turn a pink shade.
- Then drizzle liberally with the rum and lime juice.
- Now, using a small lighter, ignite the rum.
- Serve hot and garnish with lemon wedges.
