Prawns with Rum and Lime Recipe

Ingredients

  • 12 Tiger prawns (peeled / deveined)
  • 3 tbl. Rum
  • 2 1/2 tsp. Butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp. Lime juice

Method

  1. Take a small mixing bowl and combine the rum and lime juice.
  2. Add the melted butter and prawns to a skillet over a medium heat.
  3. Cook the prawns until they turn a pink shade.
  4. Then drizzle liberally with the rum and lime juice.
  5. Now, using a small lighter, ignite the rum.
  6. Serve hot and garnish with lemon wedges.
