Prawns in Spicy Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 lb. Prawns (peeled / deveined)
- 2 tbl. Olive oil
- 1 tbl. Butter (melted)
- 8 Plum tomatoes (chopped)
- 4 Garlic cloves (crushed)
- Cayenne pepper
- Salt
Method
- Heat a large skillet and sauté the garlic in butter until golden brown.
- Add the tomatoes, cayenne pepper and salt while stirring.
- Let the mixture simmer and cook for about 15 minutes.
- Rub the prawns in salt.
- Drop them into the skilelt and cover with the mixture.
- Cook for about 5 minutes before serving.
