Prawns in Spicy Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Prawns (peeled / deveined)
  • 2 tbl. Olive oil
  • 1 tbl. Butter (melted)
  • 8 Plum tomatoes (chopped)
  • 4 Garlic cloves (crushed)
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Salt

Method

  1. Heat a large skillet and sauté the garlic in butter until golden brown.
  2. Add the tomatoes, cayenne pepper and salt while stirring.
  3. Let the mixture simmer and cook for about 15 minutes.
  4. Rub the prawns in salt.
  5. Drop them into the skilelt and cover with the mixture.
  6. Cook for about 5 minutes before serving.
