Mexican Tequila Prawns Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. Prawns (peeled / deveined)
- 1/2 cup Cilantro (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Tequila
- 2 tbl. Butter (unsalted)
- 4 Garlic cloves (crushed)
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- Heat a skillet over a medium steady heat.
- Melt the butter, add the garlic and sauté until golden brown.
- Now drop the prawns into the skillet and sauté until brown.
- Add the cilantro, salt, pepper and pour in the tequila.
- Cook for a further 2 minutes.
- Place on serving plates and garnish with lemon wedges.
