Broiled Lemon and Garlic Tiger Prawns Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. Tiger prawns (peeled / deveined)
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 3 tbl. Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 1/2 tbl. Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. garlic (crushed)

Method

  1. Slice the tails off the prawns and then butterfly them underneath.
  2. Arrange the prawns on a broiler pan with a little oil.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan over a steady heat.
  4. Brush the prawns with the melted butter, then sprinkle generously with the grated parmesan cheese.
  5. Place under the broiler and broil for about 5 minutes.
  6. Serve and garnish with chopped parsley.
