Barbecued (BBQ) Garlic Prawns Recipe
Ingredients
- 30 Tiger prawns (peeled / deveined)
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
- 2 tbl. White wine
- 1 tbl. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. Basil (dried)
- 3 Garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1 Orange (juiced)
Method
- Take a small mixing bowl and combine the garlic, mustard and olive oil.
- Then stir in the orange juice, lemon juice, white wine and basil.
- Drop in the prawns and cover them completely.
- Cover the bowl and refridgerate for an hour.
- Now fire up your barbecue and get it smoking.
- Skewer the prawns.
- Drop on the grill for about 5 minutes and keep turning them over.
- Serve piping hot and garnish with lemon wedges.
