South Texas Oysters Recipe
Ingredients
- 12 oz. Chilli sauce
- 3/4 cup Grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbl. Bell pepper (chopped)
- 2 tbl. Worchestershire sauce
- 48 Oysters (drained)
- 12 Bacon slices
Method
- Heat a skillet and cook the oysters in their own liquid.
- Drain the oysters through a sieve and place in a baking tray.
- Pour the worchestershire sauce, chilli sauce, chopped peppers, cheese and bacon.
- Cook in an over preheated to 350°F until cheese goes brown.
