South Texas Oysters Recipe

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. Chilli sauce
  • 3/4 cup Grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbl. Bell pepper (chopped)
  • 2 tbl. Worchestershire sauce
  • 48 Oysters (drained)
  • 12 Bacon slices

Method

  1. Heat a skillet and cook the oysters in their own liquid.
  2. Drain the oysters through a sieve and place in a baking tray.
  3. Pour the worchestershire sauce, chilli sauce, chopped peppers, cheese and bacon.
  4. Cook in an over preheated to 350°F until cheese goes brown.
