Oysters Thomas Recipe
Ingredients
- 16 Oysters (shucked)
- 1 lb. Crab meat
- 1/4 cup Bread crumbs
- Lemon wedges
- Parsley (chopped)
- Rock salt
- Bearnaise sauce
- Cream sauce
- Paprika
Method
- Make a layer of rock salt on the base of a large baking tray.
- Place the shucked oyster shells on the rock salt.
- Spoon in some bearnaise sauce into the empty shells.
- Then place the oysters back in.
- Spoon in some crab meat on top of each oyster.
- Sprinkle generously with bread crumbs and paprika.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 400°F for about 15 minutes until brown.
- Garnish with lemon and parsley before serving.
