Oysters Belle Rive Style Recipe
Ingredients
- 36 Oysters (shucked)
- Vienne sauce
- Garlic butter
- Artichoke sauce
Method
- Heat up the vienne sauce, artichoke sauce and garlic butter in a microwave.
- Place 2 oysters per person in the bottoms of 3 ramekins.
- Then fill one ramekin with garlic butter, another with artichoke butter and the other with vienne sauce.
- Bake the ramekins in an oven preheated to 400°F for about 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
