Oysters Belle Rive Style Recipe

Ingredients

  • 36 Oysters (shucked)
  • Vienne sauce
  • Garlic butter
  • Artichoke sauce

Method

  1. Heat up the vienne sauce, artichoke sauce and garlic butter in a microwave.
  2. Place 2 oysters per person in the bottoms of 3 ramekins.
  3. Then fill one ramekin with garlic butter, another with artichoke butter and the other with vienne sauce.
  4. Bake the ramekins in an oven preheated to 400°F for about 10 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
