Holiday Baked Oysters Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 cans Oysters (drained)
  • 1/2 cup Evaporated milk
  • 2 sleeves Saltine crackers
  • 1 stick Butter
  • Milk
  • Seasoning

Method

  1. Combine the crackers, oysters, meled butter and seasoning in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separated bowl, mix the evaporated milk and reserved oyster juice.
  3. Pour the oyster juice mixture into the cracker mix.
  4. Mix well and spoon dollups onto a greased casserole dish.
  5. Then pour over with milk to make it soupy.
  6. Place in an oven preheated to 350°F for about 45 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately.
