Holiday Baked Oysters Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 cans Oysters (drained)
- 1/2 cup Evaporated milk
- 2 sleeves Saltine crackers
- 1 stick Butter
- Milk
- Seasoning
Method
- Combine the crackers, oysters, meled butter and seasoning in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separated bowl, mix the evaporated milk and reserved oyster juice.
- Pour the oyster juice mixture into the cracker mix.
- Mix well and spoon dollups onto a greased casserole dish.
- Then pour over with milk to make it soupy.
- Place in an oven preheated to 350°F for about 45 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
