French Fried Oysters Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pt. Oysters (shucked / drained)
- 2 cups Pancake mix
- Corn oil
- Salt
- Tartar sauce
Method
- Put the pancake mix into a large mixing bowl and toss the oysters to coat them.
- Shake off the excess pancake mix.
- Deep fry the oysters in a deep frier heated to 375°F until brown.
- Serve with tartar sauce.
