Cajun Oysters Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pt. Oysters (drained)
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tsp. Tobasco sauce

Method

  1. Simmer the oysters in a skillet over a medium heat for about 2 minutes until they plump up.
  2. Remove the oysters from the skillet and add the cream and tobasco sauce.
  3. Return the oysters to the skillet and allow to warm through.
  4. Season to taste.
  5. Serve hot.
