Cajun Oysters Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pt. Oysters (drained)
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 tsp. Tobasco sauce
Method
- Simmer the oysters in a skillet over a medium heat for about 2 minutes until they plump up.
- Remove the oysters from the skillet and add the cream and tobasco sauce.
- Return the oysters to the skillet and allow to warm through.
- Season to taste.
- Serve hot.
