Brochette Style Oysters Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 oz. Oysters (drained)
- 1 can Wooden toothpicks
- 6 slices Bacon
Method
- Cut the bacon slices into smaller thin strips.
- Wrap each oyster with a strip of bacon.
- Pin in place using a wooden toothpick.
- Place under a broiler preheated to 350°F.
- Broil until the bacon turns brown.
- Serve immediately.
