Brochette Style Oysters Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Oysters (drained)
  • 1 can Wooden toothpicks
  • 6 slices Bacon

Method

  1. Cut the bacon slices into smaller thin strips.
  2. Wrap each oyster with a strip of bacon.
  3. Pin in place using a wooden toothpick.
  4. Place under a broiler preheated to 350°F.
  5. Broil until the bacon turns brown.
  6. Serve immediately.
