Bingo Style Fried Oysters Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 Oysters
  • 1 oz. Butter
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 tbl. Lemon juice
  • 1 tbl. White wine
  • 1 tbl. Oyster juice
  • 1 tbl. Shallots (chopped)

Method

  1. Roll the oysters through the bread crumbs.
  2. Take a pan over a steady heat and sauté the oysters on both sides until browned.
  3. Once brown, remove from the pan.
  4. Turn off the heat and add the oyster juice, white wine, shallots and lemon juice.
  5. Allow the sauce to heat in the pan while stirring.
  6. Then pour over the oysters and serve.
