Bingo Style Fried Oysters Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 Oysters
- 1 oz. Butter
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 tbl. Lemon juice
- 1 tbl. White wine
- 1 tbl. Oyster juice
- 1 tbl. Shallots (chopped)
Method
- Roll the oysters through the bread crumbs.
- Take a pan over a steady heat and sauté the oysters on both sides until browned.
- Once brown, remove from the pan.
- Turn off the heat and add the oyster juice, white wine, shallots and lemon juice.
- Allow the sauce to heat in the pan while stirring.
- Then pour over the oysters and serve.
