Bacon and Smoked Oysters Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. Bacon strips
- 2 cans Smoked oysters
- 1/4 cup Light vegetable oil
- 3 tbl. Garlic (crushed)
- 40 Wooden toothpicks
Method
- Cut up the bacon strips into thirds.
- Wrap each cleaned oyster with bacon.
- Fix into place with a wooden toothpick.
- Heat a medium sized skillet.
- Pour in the oil and garlic.
- Then add the bacon oysters and cook until crisp.
- Remove from the skillet and dry off on cooking paper.
- Serve immediately.
