Bacon and Smoked Oysters Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. Bacon strips
  • 2 cans Smoked oysters
  • 1/4 cup Light vegetable oil
  • 3 tbl. Garlic (crushed)
  • 40 Wooden toothpicks

Method

  1. Cut up the bacon strips into thirds.
  2. Wrap each cleaned oyster with bacon.
  3. Fix into place with a wooden toothpick.
  4. Heat a medium sized skillet.
  5. Pour in the oil and garlic.
  6. Then add the bacon oysters and cook until crisp.
  7. Remove from the skillet and dry off on cooking paper.
  8. Serve immediately.
