Curried Steamed Mussels Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 lb. Mussels (cleaned)
- 1/4 cup Curry powder
- 2 tsp. Garlic cloves (crushed)
Method
- Take a large cooking pot and pour in about 1 inch of water.
- Then stir in the crushed garlic and curry powder.
- Bring the water to a boil and add the mussels.
- Steam the mussels until they are all open.
- If any mussles fail to open, discard them.
- Serve hot.
