Curried Steamed Mussels Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Mussels (cleaned)
  • 1/4 cup Curry powder
  • 2 tsp. Garlic cloves (crushed)

Method

  1. Take a large cooking pot and pour in about 1 inch of water.
  2. Then stir in the crushed garlic and curry powder.
  3. Bring the water to a boil and add the mussels.
  4. Steam the mussels until they are all open.
  5. If any mussles fail to open, discard them.
  6. Serve hot.
