Lobster Alfredo Recipe
Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. Fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups Heavy cream
- 1 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 cup Lobster meat (shucked)
- 1/2 cup Lobster fumet
- 1/4 cup Parsley (chopped)
- 1 tbl. Butter
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco
- 4 Egg yolks
- 1 dash Worchestershire sauce
Method
- Melt the butter, heavy cream and lobster fumet in a saucepan over a medium heat.
- Then add the parmesan cheese while stirring.
- Once the cheese has melted add the Worchestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, tabasco and black pepper while stirring.
- Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
- While the sauce simmers, cook the fettuccine pasta.
- Cut the lobster into bitesize chunks and drop into the sauce mixture.
- Then add the egg yolks and stir.
- Put the pasta into serving bowls and pour over the lobster mixture.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
