Baked Stuffed Lobster Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 lb. Lobster
  • 4 cups Cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups Butter (melted)
  • 1/2 tsp. Garic powder
  • Lobster tamale

Method

  1. Take a large mixing bowl and combine the cracker crumbs and garlic powder with the melted butter.
  2. Split the lobsters down the middle and remove the inards.
  3. Mix the lobster tamale into the crumb mixture.
  4. Stuff the inside of the lobster with the crumb mixture.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 400°F for about 20 minutes.
  6. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve immediately.
