Baked Stuffed Lobster Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 lb. Lobster
- 4 cups Cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups Butter (melted)
- 1/2 tsp. Garic powder
- Lobster tamale
Method
- Take a large mixing bowl and combine the cracker crumbs and garlic powder with the melted butter.
- Split the lobsters down the middle and remove the inards.
- Mix the lobster tamale into the crumb mixture.
- Stuff the inside of the lobster with the crumb mixture.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 400°F for about 20 minutes.
- Garnish with lemon wedges and serve immediately.
