Baked Lobster Tail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 24 oz. Lobster tails
  • Butter (melted)
  • Lemon (sliced)

Method

  1. Cut the lobster shell down the back with a pair of sharp scissors, leaving the lobster tail intact.
  2. make sure you don't remove the under shell.
  3. Pull the uncooked tail through to rest on top of the shell.
  4. Arrange the lobster on a greased baking tray.
  5. Brush the lobster with plenty of melted butter.
  6. Bake in an oven preheated to 350°F for 15 minutes.
  7. Lift out of the oven and serve immediately with more melted butter and lemon slices.
