Baked Lobster Tail Recipe
Ingredients
- 24 oz. Lobster tails
- Butter (melted)
- Lemon (sliced)
Method
- Cut the lobster shell down the back with a pair of sharp scissors, leaving the lobster tail intact.
- make sure you don't remove the under shell.
- Pull the uncooked tail through to rest on top of the shell.
- Arrange the lobster on a greased baking tray.
- Brush the lobster with plenty of melted butter.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 350°F for 15 minutes.
- Lift out of the oven and serve immediately with more melted butter and lemon slices.
