Crusty Parmesan Baked Catfish Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Catfish fillets (skinned)
  • 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 tbl. Parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tsp. Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. Basil
  • 1/4 tsp. Oregano

Method

  1. Take a small mixing bowl and combine the bread crumbs with the parmesan cheese and seasoning.
  2. Dip the catfish fillets in milk and then roll them through the bread crumb mix.
  3. Drop the catfish fillets into an oiled baking tray.
  4. Bake in an oven preheated to 450°F for about 10 minutes.
  5. garnish with lemon wedges before serving.
