Crusty Parmesan Baked Catfish Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Catfish fillets (skinned)
- 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 tbl. Parsley (chopped)
- 2 tsp. Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Paprika
- 1/4 tsp. Basil
- 1/4 tsp. Oregano
Method
- Take a small mixing bowl and combine the bread crumbs with the parmesan cheese and seasoning.
- Dip the catfish fillets in milk and then roll them through the bread crumb mix.
- Drop the catfish fillets into an oiled baking tray.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 450°F for about 10 minutes.
- garnish with lemon wedges before serving.
