Catfish with Dijon Mustard Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 Catfish fillets
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 3 tbl. Butter (melted)
- 1 tbl. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. Lemon pepper
Method
- Take a mixing bowl and combine the Worchestershire sauce with the melted butter and lemon pepper.
- Brush both sides of the catfish fillets with the mixture.
- Arrange the fillets in a greased baking tray.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 350°F until golden brown.
- While the catfish cooks, prepare the sauce.
- Combine the dijon mustard, sour cream and 1 teaspoon of Worchestershire sauce in a mixing bowl.
- Heat the sauce in a saucepan.
- Once cooked through, serve the catfish fillets on plates.
- Spoon over the sauce and garnish with lemon wedges.
