Catfish with Dijon Mustard Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 Catfish fillets
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 3 tbl. Butter (melted)
  • 1 tbl. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. Lemon pepper

Method

  1. Take a mixing bowl and combine the Worchestershire sauce with the melted butter and lemon pepper.
  2. Brush both sides of the catfish fillets with the mixture.
  3. Arrange the fillets in a greased baking tray.
  4. Bake in an oven preheated to 350°F until golden brown.
  5. While the catfish cooks, prepare the sauce.
  6. Combine the dijon mustard, sour cream and 1 teaspoon of Worchestershire sauce in a mixing bowl.
  7. Heat the sauce in a saucepan.
  8. Once cooked through, serve the catfish fillets on plates.
  9. Spoon over the sauce and garnish with lemon wedges.
