Cajun Style Fried Catfish Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 lb. Catfish fillets
- 3/4 cup Mustard
- 1/4 cup Louisiana hot sauce
- Cornmeal
- Seafood seasoning
Method
- Take a mixing bowl and add the mustard and hot sauce.
- Mix the ingredients into a paste.
- Cover the catfish fillets in the paste.
- Roll the catfish fillets through the cornmeal and seasoning, coating all sides.
- Heat a skillet with a little oil.
- Drop on the catfish fillets and fry until brown on both sides.
- Garnish with lemon wedges and serve.
