Cajun Style Fried Catfish Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Catfish fillets
  • 3/4 cup Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Louisiana hot sauce
  • Cornmeal
  • Seafood seasoning

Method

  1. Take a mixing bowl and add the mustard and hot sauce.
  2. Mix the ingredients into a paste.
  3. Cover the catfish fillets in the paste.
  4. Roll the catfish fillets through the cornmeal and seasoning, coating all sides.
  5. Heat a skillet with a little oil.
  6. Drop on the catfish fillets and fry until brown on both sides.
  7. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve.
