Broiled Catfish Steaks Recipe
Ingredients
- 16 oz. Catfish steaks
- 1/4 cup Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. Sugar
- 3/4 tsp. Dill (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. Vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 1/8 tsp. Paprika
- Vegetable Oil
- Lemon wedges
- Dill
Method
- Rinse off the catfish steaks under cold running water.
- Lift onto paper towels and pat dry.
- Take a mixing bowl to combine the tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar, chopped dill, paprika, pepper, worchestershire sauce and vegetable oil.
- Coat one side of each catfish steak with the mixture.
- After adding a little oil to the broiler, cook the catfish steaks.
- Turn over once cooked, cover the side with the sauce and broil for 5 minutes.
- Serve on a plate with a garnish of lemon wedges and dill.
